Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2017, he spent four years with the Witold Goralski Law Firm, a year with the Piotr Ciszewski Law Firm, a year with Noerr, a year and a half with BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak, and over eight years with Dentons.

“Marcin Swierzewski’s promotion to a local partner of the firm is an expression of the recognition of his professionalism and diligence, his excellent knowledge of the real estate sector, and his response to the needs of our clients, especially in these current challenging times,” commented Bird & Bird Warsaw Managing Partner Slawomir Szepietowski. “I am convinced that this promotion will further strengthen Bird & Bird’s position in the real estate market. His partner nomination is also our response to a new challenge, related to — among other things — developing our presence in the Central European region, and strengthening our cooperation with clients from Germany and Austria, in cooperation with our partners and colleagues from local Bird & Bird offices.”
