Decisive Szmigiel Papros Gregorczyk has successfully represented Enel Invest, a member of the Enel-Med Group, in a lawsuit filed against its landlord.
According to Decisive Szmigiel Papros Gregorczyk, “the damages resulted from lease agreement negotiations conducted in bad faith by the landlord.”
“In the first-instance proceedings before the District Court, we won more than half of the amount of the claim,” the firm reported, “[but] the appeal court has changed the sentence of the District Court and decided to award the whole amount of the claim — PLN 120,000 — to Enel Invest.”
Decisive Szmigiel Papros Gregorczyk could not disclose more information about the deal.
