Gessel Advises Benefit System on PLN 100 Million Series A and B Bonds Issuance

Gessel has advised Benefit Systems on its issuance of Series A and B bonds valued at PLN 100 million and their admission to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's Alternative Trading System platform, as well as the bookrunner on the issuance, Poland’s branch of Haitong Bankas.

On addition, a part of the transaction, Gessel Trust Services is the administrator of collateral, pledges under Czech law, and the administrator of registered pledges under Polish law.

Benefit Systems offers non-wage benefits to employees of companies and institutions, including sports cards, food vouchers, and cinema and theater vouchers.
