Aleksy Miarkowski, the former Deputy Director of the Transfer Pricing Department of the Polish Ministry of Finance, has become a Partner at SSW Pragmatic Solutions in Warsaw.
According to SSW Pragmatic Solutions, “Aleksy provides comprehensive transfer pricing consultancy for capital groups and related entities. He will develop the transfer pricing area of the firm’s tax practice.”
Miarkowski served as a tax advisor from 2010 to 2015 at MMR Consulting / GWW Tax and from 2015 to 2017 at Mazars Poland. He became Deputy Director of the Transfer Pricing and Valuation Department at Poland's Ministry of Finance in July, 2017. He obtained his Master’s degree and his doctorate at the University of Warsaw in 2011 and 2017, respectively.
