WKB Advises Baltic Green I on Contractor Selection for Katy Wind Farm

Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr has advised Baltic Green I sp. z o.o., part of the KGAL Group, on contractor selection for the Katy Wind Farm project in Poland.

According to WKB, “the project was awarded to a consortium of two well-known contractors: Przedsiebiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inzynieryjnego S.A. and P&Q sp. z o.o. The Katy Wind Farm will be located in [the] Paslek commune, around 80 kilometers south-east of Gdansk, and will have an installed capacity of 35.2 MW generated by 16 Vestas turbines. The turbine supplier contract has already been executed and the construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2020, with taking-over of the works in spring 2022.”
