Dentons has advised MaForm Holding Luxembourg S.A R.L. on its tender offer to purchase 66% of shares in WSE-listed Fabryki Mebli Forte S.A.
According to Dentons, “MaForm Holding, which currently owns more than 32% of the shares in Forte, has addressed the offer to other shareholders of the company. Forte is a major European manufacturer of self-assembly furniture, which owns five manufacturing facilities across Poland and has 3,500 staff members. It supplies customers from 40 countries worldwide. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996.”
