Former Baker McKenzie Partner Krzysztof Haladyj has become a named partner at the renamed-as-a-result MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Wspolnicy.

According to a statement on the MJH website, "Krzysztof has almost 20 years of experience in legal advice for the financial sector. In his practice, Krzysztof regularly advises on financing projects (including securities issuance) as well as on Public M&A transactions and restructuring projects. He also assists clients on corporate governance issues."

Haladyj has an LL.B. and a Ph.D. from the University of Warsaw. Prior to joining MJH, he spent two years with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, half a year with Squire Patton Boggs, almost 11 years with Eversheds Sutherland Wiezrbowski, and almost four years with Baker McKenzie.

"Our legal practice is based on two foundations," the MJH report added. "The first is the team - a carefully selected group of lawyers, the core of which has been operating together for many years. The second [is] a growing group of regular clients, whose kindness allows us to further develop the firm. We are convinced that Krzysztof's joining as the general partner strengthens both these areas equally."
