B2RLaw has assisted USPTC with a consultancy project relating to the merger of Politechnika Bialostocka and University of Bialystok.

According to B2RLaw, "the US-Polish Trade Council is a non-profit organization with the aim of building business relationships between the U.S. and Poland. To accomplish this goal, USPTC works in partnership with a network of Polish and American organizations, including corporate, academic and government entities."

Politechnika Bialostocka was granted the status of a technical university in 1974, and currently has seven faculties. The University of Bialystok, formerly a branch of the University of Warsaw, was transformed into an independent institution in 1997.

B2RLaw’s team was supervised by Partner Rafal Stroinski and consisted of Counsel Luiza Wyrebkowska, Senior Associate Kinga Kowalska, Associate Krystyna Jakubowska, and Junior Associates Tomasz Michalczyk, Inka Kalista, and Filip Wojtowicz.
