Mariusz Stanik has been made managing partner and Ilona Swiderska-Cwik has made partner at Kolmers Legal.
Mariusz Stanik, who joined the firm almost two years ago after spending seven and a half years at the head of the eponymous Mariusz Stanik Law Offices, is the head of the Corporate Services Department at Kolmers Legal. According to the firm's website, he "specializes in advisory for companies, ongoing strategic consultancy, negotiation processes with particular emphasis on the law of commercial contracts, financial law, industrial property law, and corporate law. He has extensive experience in the field of commercial law, including legal advisory for companies and transformation processes. He participated in the formation and transformation of reputable Polish companies from the industry of new technologies, [and] he carried out projects related to investments in the public and private sectors." He received his doctorate from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw in 2007.
Ilona Swiderska-Cwik, who joined Kolmers Legal in 2018 after spending five years at the KPRF Law Firm, is responsible for servicing clients in procedural law (including debt collection cases), corporate services, and tax law, as well as handling complex claims for property compensation. She graduated from the University of Bialystok Faculty of Law in 2011.
