Greenberg Traurig has advised Panattoni Development Europe on the sale of the Lodz City VI logistics park to Kajima Properties and Savills Investment Management. DLA Piper advised Savills Investment Management and Dentons advised Kajima Properties.
The Lodz City VI logistics park has 144,880 square meters of warehouse space.
