Noerr has advised Telekom Innovation, a strategic investment fund of Deutsche Telekom, on an unspecified equity investment in Poland's RemoteMyApp technology company. The Rapala Law Firm advised RemoteMyApp.
According to Noerr, "Deutsche Telekom is an integrated telecommunications company, with some 184 million mobile customers, 27.5 million fixed-network lines, and 21 million broadband lines. RemoteMyApp is a provider of innovative cloud gaming technology for business partners. The platform provides users with access to their favorite games at any time, from any place, and on a wide range of devices, without the necessity to download them."
