Greenberg Traurig has advised Lee Hecht Harrison on the acquisition of the enterprise of Development & Business Consulting Gniazdowski i Partnerzy sp.k., which had been operating as the Polish Lee Hecht Harrison representative.
Lee Hecht Harrison is a talent mobility company that offers career transition and outplacement, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement solutions to organizations. The company is a member of the Adecco Group, which has been active in Poland since 1994 and operates in 54 locations.
