Greenberg Traurig Advises Panattoni Development Europe on Logistic Transactions

Greenberg Traurig has advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction related to the financing and planned development of a logistic park near Warsaw.

The warehouses will have a total combined space of 215,000 square meters, and the total value of the three projects amounts to approximately EUR 132 million.

“The transaction completed the acquisition by Panattoni of a property portfolio, consisting of three projects,” according to Greenberg Traurig. “The first project was finalized in February 2020 and relates to the development of a logistic park in Poznan. The second transaction was closed in April 2020 and involved the planned development of land with a logistic project in Strykow.”

Greenberg Traurig’s team included Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Local Partner Malgorzata Madej-Balcerowska, and Associates Aleksandra Kaczmarek and Jakub Gajzler.
