BPV Grigorescu Stefanica has advised Supernova on its acquisition of the Jupiter City Shopping Mall in Pitesti, Romania, from Mall Retail Rom. PeliPartners advised the seller on the deal.

According to BPV Grigorescu Stefanica, the acquisition was financed partially from Supernova's own funds and partially by Erste Bank, Austria. No additional financial details were disclosed.

The Jupiter City Shopping Mall offers gross leasable area of ​​approximately 45,000 square meters over an area of ​​over 17 hectares.

Supernova is an Austrian private real estate company with a buy-and-hold investment strategy focused on retail properties in Central and Eastern Europe, broadly dividing its portfolio properties into single-tenant properties (big boxes) and multi-tenant properties (shopping centers and retail parks).
