Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised the LKE Group on the acquisition of majority stakes in Someg and Transcarpatica. Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen reportedly advised the sellers.
The LKE Group is a German handling and logistic products and systems supplier.
Located in Cluj county, Romania, Someg produces metal fabrications, forged and molded products, metal containers, interior stairs and railings, as well as interior decorations. Transcarpatica is a Romanian company active in the steel processing industry.
"We are excited to develop our resources with a new production facility in Romania and to close this acquisition," LKE Group CEO Bjorn Riechers commented.
