MPR Partners has advised Interparking on its acquisition of the Bucur Obor Parking building in Bucharest from Parcaj Subteran Bucur Obor.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to MPR Partners, “Interparking Group is present in nine countries and over 360 cities." According to the firm, it currently owns 783 units with over 360,000 parking spots across Europe, and "in Romania, Interparking currently owns five parking locations, four of which are in Bucharest, with one in Timisoara."
This marks the second deal MPR Partners has assisted Interparking on, following the firm's 2018 acquisition of P700 Parking in Timisoara (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 28, 2018).
MPR Partners’ team consisted of Partner Dana Radulescu, Senior Associate Daniel Alexie, and Associate Diana Borcean.
