The former MPR Partners | Maravela, Popescu & Roman law firm in Romania has announced "the cessation of the professional partnership with attorney Ioan Roman," and its consequent rebranding as MPR Partners | Maravela, Popescu & Asociatii.
Roman, who specializes in litigation, bankruptcy, and arbitration, joined the firm as a Managing Associate in 2014 after spending five years with bpv Grigorescu Stefanica. He made partner in November 2015.
According to a brief statement released by MPR Partners, after Roman's departure, "the rest of the team, the irreproachable quality of the services, client care and orientation remain unchanged. The official pages of the firm remain equally unaltered."
