Kinstellar, working with Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, has advised Ingersoll Rand on the full acquisition of Slovakia's Oxywise. GHS Legal advised the sellers.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Ingersoll Rand is an American multinational company that provides flow creation and industrial products, with a range of air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies to increase industrial productivity and efficiency. Its products are sold under more than 40 brands.

Oxywise is a Slovak engineering company focused on turnkey supplies, service, and maintenance of PSA oxygen and nitrogen generators. It designs and manufactures oxygen and nitrogen systems based on alternating pressure adsorption technology, filling ramps, container systems, and gas dosing and distribution solutions. According to Kinstellar, it has supplied units to 70 countries in a variety of applications, environments, and industries including healthcare, veterinary medicine, water treatment, electronics, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and the glass industry.
