Former Counsel Serhiy Shershun, Head of Antitrust and Competition at Integrites, has become the firm's 11th partner.

Shershun specializes in projects related to public procurement, pharmaceuticals, and retail. According to Integrites, “he also supports clients in a number of cases on protection against unfair competition. “Serhiy Shershun is the second lawyer who has grown to a partner at Integrites over the last year,” commented Managing Partner Oleksiy Feliv. “We are confident that we will see more professionals who share our values among partners in the future. I am happy to welcome Serhiy in his new role and wish him many successful and interesting projects to come."

Shershun holds an LL.B. from the National University of Ostroh Academy and a Ph.D. from the Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University. Prior to joining Integrites in 2016, he spent more than six years as the State Commissioner with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
