Filip & Company has advised both Inform Lykos Romania and entrepreneur Octavian Radu on setting up a joint-venture holding company that took over Pink Post Group’s postal and courier services business and the postal volumes aggregation business operated by the Inform Lykos group.
Inform Lykos Romania is a subsidiary of Austriacard Holdings, a business-to-business provider of data solutions. The Pink Post Group is a Romanian postal service company owned by Octavian Radu.
Back in 2019, Filip & Company advised Inform Lykos and Octavian Radu on the acquisition of Sistec Next Docs and Sistec Confidential (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 22, 2019).
