KWKR Konieczny Wierzbicki has advised Knacks's owners on their sale of a majority stake in the company to RightBridge Ventures. Eversheds Sutherland advised the buyer.

Knacks is Polish management and creative agency also specializing in e-sports marketing.

RightBridge Ventures is a Stockholm-based fund investing in e-sports and gaming companies. The company’s portfolio includes Amudova, SNG, Lilmix, and BHI Management.

"The acquisition of a majority stake in Knacks is a milestone in RBV's investment strategy: it provides great synergies to accelerate the value growth of RBV portfolio assets such as ESPL, Lilmix, TeamSingularity, or KnotOK, and contributes with key competence to build the infrastructure of the Metaverse," RightBridge CEO Carlos Barrios commented.

"Now being part of RightBridge Ventures, we can take a step further and accelerate the further internationalization of our operations in Asia, Latin America, and Northern Europe," Knacks CEO Dawid Szymanski added.

The KWKR team was led by Counsel Paulina Opielka.

The Eversheds Sutherland team included Co-Managing Partner Ewa Szlachetka and Associate Kamil Ciodyk.
