DWF Poland has helped Enter Air obtain PLN 287 million in financing under the Polish Development Fund's Financial Shield Programme for Large Companies.

Enter Air is a Polish charter airline that operates seven permanent bases in Europe and a fleet consisting of 23 Boeing 737 NG and two Boeing 737 MAX airplanes.

According to DWF Poland, the funds will be used to cover the costs of current operations and ensure financial stability during the Covid-19 pandemic.

DWF Poland’s team consisted of Managing Partner Michal Pawlowski, Local Partners Tomasz Kaczmarek and Rafal Wozniak, Counsel Krzysztof Kropidlowski, Senior Associate Mateusz Baszczyk, and Junior Associate Adrian Ziolkowski.
