DWF has advised International Workplace Group plc on its lease of space in the Skanska Wave complex in Gdansk. DPPA Legal advised Skanska on the deal.

The International Workplace Group is a provider of flexible workspace in over 120 countries and 1,100 cities worldwide. In Poland, the company provides office space under the Spaces brand in Warsaw, Krakow, and Wroclaw, and is expanding its portfolio to include Gdansk in 2021.

Thus, at the start of the second quarter of 2021, Spaces will launch Gdansk's first co-working office in the Wave office building. The new office, which covers over 3,000 square meters, will be located on the two top floors. The building is equipped with, among other things, the Connected by Skanska system and the City Hub – the first shared mobility hub in Gdansk.

DWF’s team included Partner Joanna Wojnarowska and Senior Associates Weronika Roesler and Ewa Lewandowska.

DPPA Legal's team included Partner Marcin Swidnicki and Senior Associate Anna Zalewska.
