DLA Piper has announced that former Counsels Andra Trantea and Paula Corban-Pelin have been promoted to Local Partner with the firm’s Romanian office.
Specializing in employment, Trantea joined DLA Piper in 2008 as an Associate. She was later promoted to Managing Associate, Senior Associate, and Counsel in 2013, 2015, and 2018, respectively. Before joining the firm, she was an Attorney-at-Law with Linklaters from 2007 to 2008.
Corban-Pelin specializes in Corporate M&A and has been with the firm since 2014, having first joined as a Counsel. Earlier, she was a Counsel with White & Case, from 2008 to 2014, and a Partner at Corban, Anghel & Associates, from 2006 to 2008.
