DLA Piper and Dentons Advise on Stena’s Acquisition of Office Portfolio from Skanska

DLA Piper has advised Stena Real Estate on its EUR 128 million acquisition of office buildings in Wroclaw and Krakow from Skanska. Dentons advised the seller.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022.

According to DLA Piper, "the transaction consists of the first phase of the Centrum Poludnie complex in Wroclaw containing two joint office buildings, and the last building of the High5ive complex in Krakow, comprising approximately 39,400 square meters of office space."

Stena Real Estate is an international property company, focusing on commercial properties. Stena Real Estate operates in Poland, the Netherlands, and the US. The company is part of the privately-owned Swedish Stena Group.

Skanska is an international project development and construction company, developing offices, homes, and public-private partnership projects.
