Act Botezatu Estrade Partners has advised French VC fund Axeleo Capital on its seed round investment into Bright Spaces. DLA Piper advised Bright Spaces. Shoosmiths reportedly also advised Bright Spaces, while CEE Attorneys reportedly advised Romania's Sparking Capital, another investor in the round.
The EUR 1.5 million round also included UK's Pi Labs as well as several angel investors.
Bright Spaces is a Romanian property technology startup. According to Act Botezatu Estrade Partners, “the company develops an advanced digital leasing environment for landlords, agents, and tenants, including a 3D virtual staging tool for online tours that resemble live visits and provide the opportunity to interact with multiple fit-out proposals.”
