Grant Thornton has advised the shareholders of Atlantic Products Sp. z o.o. on the sale of the business to Maced, a Polish manufacturer of dog treats controlled by Resource Partners. DLA Piper and KPT Tax Advisors advised Resource Partners on the deal.

Financial details of the transaction, which was completed on April 15, 2021, were not disclosed.

Atlantic Products specializes in the production of dog chews and dog treats from pork, beef, poultry, and other types of meat. The company is based in Wegorzyno, Poland.
