DLA Piper has helped Aerotunel obtain financing from Pekao bank for the construction of the Deepspot diving pool in the Polish town of Mszczonow, together with conference and hotel facilities. The BB law firm reportedly advised Pekao bank on the deal.

Financial details were not disclosed. 

According to  DLA Piper, “Aerotunel is a Polish company, which operates Flyspot wind tunnels — free fall simulators — in Poland. Deepspot is the company's latest project, and its completion is planned for September 2020.”
