Reff & Associates have advised Romania's Haier Tech on a refrigeration factory construction project in Prahova county, Romania.
According to Reff & Associates — the Romanian member firm of Deloitte Legal — “the implementation of the large investment project … exceeds EUR 53 million, for which the state will provide aid of EUR 25 million. The 57,500 unfolded square meter factory will be built by the construction group Baupartner and will require an investment of over EUR 21 million. [Construction should be completed] and the project should be operational in spring 2021.”
