SK&S and BWHS Advise on Wizz Air's Operational Base Agreement with Warsaw Modlin Airport

SK&S has advised Wizz Air on the agreement with Warsaw Modlin Airport, paving the way for the airline to open a new operational base at the airport. BWHS Wojciechowski Springer i Wspolnicy advised Warsaw Modlin Airport.

According to SK&S, as part of the agreement, Wizz Air will station two aircraft at Modlin and launch 11 new routes beginning in December 2025.

The SK&S team included Partner Slawomir Uss and Associate Wiktor Markiewicz.

The BWHS team included Managing Partner Miroslaw Skrycki, Partner Maciej Walejko, and Associate Mateusz Gawronski.
