DGKV and Spasov & Bratanov Advise on Bulgarian Energy Holding's EUR 800 Million Eurobond Issuance

Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov, working with Linklaters, has advised joint bookrunners Citigroup and J.P. Morgan on the EUR 800 million Eurobond issuance by Bulgarian Energy Holding. Spasov & Bratanov, working with Allen Overy Shearman Sterling, advised Bulgarian Energy Holding.

According to DGKV, the Eurobonds, carrying a 4.25% coupon and maturing in 2030, were issued in June 2025 and are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The offering attracted strong investor interest and was oversubscribed by a factor of 3.5. The issuance received ratings of Ba2 from Moody’s and BB+ from Fitch.
