RTPR and PNSA Advise on Morphosis Capital's Investment in Mark Twain School

Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised the Morphosis Capital private equity fund and a group of co-investors from Belgium on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Mark Twain International School. Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii advised the Mark Twain International School.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

The Mark Twain International School is a private, international school, accredited by the International Baccalaureate, as well as by the Romanian Ministry of Education. It was established back in 1995 and operates two campuses near Bucharest.

The RTPR team included Partners Alina Stavaru and Roxana Ionescu, Managing Associate Andrei Tosa, Senior Associate Cezara Urzica, Associates Serban Halmagean and Flavia Mincu, and Junior Associates Irina Marinescu, George Capota, Bianca Cojocaru, and David Mirea.
