Kochanski & Partners has advised Inovo Venture Partners VC fund on the acquisition of shares in technology company SunRoof as part of a seed round extension in which Inovo was lead investor. Other investors participating in the round included SMOK Ventures, LT Capital, EIT InnoEnergy, FD Growth Capital, and KnowledgeHub, as well as other local and international business angels.
SunRoof specializes in the installation of environment-friendly solar roofs. The group includes a Swedish holding company and companies in Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Germany.
Inovo Venture Partners is a venture capital fund supporting technology companies in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Through its two funds, Inovo manages assets with a total value of PLN 275 million.
