Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Mol Romania on the expansion of its network of service stations on Romania's A1 and A2 highways.
According to the firm, Mol Romania Petroleum Products won 7 out of the 13 lots leased under concession by the Romania's National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration for equipping/fitting out, operating, and maintaining the service spaces located on highway routes connecting the cities of Nadlac and Sibiu, and Pitesti and Bucharest (A1), and connecting Cernavoda and Constanta (A2).
The TZA team working on the project consisted of Partner Serban Paslaru and Managing Associate Iuliana Leon.
