Greenberg Traurig has advised AEW on its acquisition of a logistics project near Warsaw from an unspecified seller.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

AEW is an international real estate investment manager founded in 1981. The company manages assets valued at approximately EUR 950 million in the office, retail, and logistics sectors in Central and Eastern Europe.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “the two-building project will have a total warehouse space of approximately 26,000 square meters." According to the firm, development of the second building in the complex is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.”
