Radzikowski, Szubielska i Wspolnicy has advised Baltic Power on its entrance into a grid connection agreement with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne for an offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea.

According to Radzikowski, Szubielska i Wspolnicy, the Orlen Group will develop the offshore wind farm 23 kilometers off the coast from Leba and Choczewo, Poland through its Baltic Power subsidiary. The firm reported that Baltic Power holds a license for construction of an offshore wind farm with a maximum capacity up to 1.2 gig watts.
