Acting on behalf of PrJSC Dickergoff Cement Ukraine, PrJSC HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC Podilskyi Cement, and PrJSC Ivano-Frankivsk Cement, Ilyashev & Partners has persuaded the Ukraine's District Administrative Court of Kyiv to dismiss the demand of the Belarusian Cement Company Holding and the Ukrainian importers of its products that the anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of cement to Ukraine be lifted.

According to Ilyashev & Partners, "the court recognized the need to defend the violated rights of the national cement producers in Ukraine from the dumping imports of goods to Ukraine on the part of cement producers from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Moldova, which caused substantial damage to the national producers."

The Ilyashev & Partners team was led by Partner Olena Omelchenko and included Counsels Valeriia Gudiy and Oleh Trokhymchuk and Lawyer Oleksiy Gorbatyuk.
