JDP has assisted the Greenpack Group with the establishment of the company’s legal and tax presence in Poland.
The process encompassed the establishment of the Greenpack Group’s subsidiary in Poland, its registration with local environmental and food authorities, concluding a lease contract, and tax advisory services related to the incorporation.
The Greenpack Group is described by JDP as a “provider of services in large scale transport and packaging of tomatoes.”
JDP’s team was led by Partner Marcin Chomiuk and included Head of Tax Magdalena Zasiewska, Advocate Marcin Lewinski, Attorneys-at-Law Barbara Kaczala and Krzysztof Bak, and Associates Magdalena Bartnik and Adam Usiadek.
