Paksoy and Baker McKenzie Advise on USD 1.425 Billion Syndicated Loan for Ziraat Bank

Paksoy has advised Ziraat Bank, the largest state-owned bank in Turkey, on a syndicated loan in the amount of USD 1.425 billion it has received from forty banks in twenty-two countries. The Esin Attorney Partnership and Baker McKenzie advised the lenders on the deal.

Paksoy's team was led by Partner Sera Somay, working with Associate Beril Paksoy.

Esin Attorney Partnership Partner Muhsin Keskin led the team advising the lenders, along with London-based Partner Matthew Smith, Senior Associated Aimee Saunders and Chantel Van Zyl, Associate Mev Kilinc, and trainee Nicholas Parker.
