Glatzova & Co has successfully represented Kara Trutnov in a tax dispute before the Supreme Administrative Court.
According to Glatzova & Co, the dispute regarded the additional assessment of value added tax arising from the correction of the tax base as a result of the transformation of pre-bankruptcy receivables, which are taxable transactions based on a reorganization plan.
Earlier, in 2021, Glatzova & Co advised Kara Trutnov on its reorganization (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 21, 2021).
