Havel & Partners has advised Panattoni and Accolade on the construction and subsequent lease of an industrial facility in Panattoni Park Ostrov North, located in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic, to ZF. Saxinger reportedly advised ZF.
Panattoni is a Central European industrial developer.
Accolade is an investment group.
According to Havel & Partners, the project includes a 57,400-square-meter eco-friendly facility, which has been leased to ZF, a global technology company specializing in advanced mobility products for passenger and utility vehicles, as well as industrial technology. The new facility will serve as a highly automated distribution center for the company’s aftermarket parts sector.
