Kocian, Solc, Balastik has advised Seyfor on its acquisition of the remaining stake in Dotykacka CR from Redwood Capital. Kaiser reportedly advised Redwood Capital.
Dotykacka CR is a Czech Republic-based point-of-sale systems provider.
Earlier, in 2024, KSB advised Seyfor Group on its acquisition of NCC (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 12, 2024) as well as on its acquisition of Recruitis.io (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 31, 2024), its acquisition of Datacruit (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 25, 2024), and its acquisition of Digitask (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 2, 2024).
