BBH has advised the Kaprain Group on its acquisition of a 53,000-square-meter brownfield site next to Prague's O2 arena.
Kaprain Group is an investment group founded in 2013 by Karel Prazak
According to BBH, the transaction is a “remarkable step towards transforming this prime location into a dynamic urban district that promises to become the heart of Prague 9.”
The BBH team included Partner Matej Manderla, Senior Lawyer Jan Kadrnozka, and Associates Zuzana Bilecova, Matous Valasek, Magdalena Novakova, and David Prucha.
