PRK Partners has advised the Electrostar Group on setting up its operations in the Czech Republic – including the acquisition of an industrial site in the Pilsen Region.
The Electrostar Group is a German electronics manufacturer operating under the Starmix brand name.
According to PRK Partners, the industrial site in question is almost 20,000 square meters in size. "This transaction included not only the direct acquisition and lease-back of a part of the site but also a call option for another part of the said industrial site, totaling an investment of approximately EUR 6.5 million."
