The Prague office of Eversheds Sutherland has advised Dutch investment company H2 Equity Partners on its acquisition of Optegra.
Optegra is an eye care provider which operates specialized eye hospitals and clinics in the UK and Poland. The company also operates under the Lexum brand in the Czech Republic.
The Eversheds Sutherland team consisted of Principal Associate Marek Bomba and Senior Associates Lucia Luptakova and Ondrej Benes. The firm did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
