Dentons has advised Atrium Poland on its EUR 43 million acquisition of Warsaw's King Cross Praga shopping mall (minus the hypermarket part of the complex) from the PFCEE Dutch Holding fund, an affiliate of CBRE Global Investors. Clifford Chance advised PFCEE on the deal.
King Cross Praga, which opened in 1996, hosts more than 70 retail and service outlets in its 27,000-square-meter space.
