CMS has advised PACCOR Hungary on the carve-out and sale of its blow-molding business line in Debrecen to the local management team. Dobrossy and Tarsai reportedly advised the buyers.
PACCOR Hungary operates in the packaging industry and is a subsidiary of Denmark-based Faerch, a supplier of circular, thermoformed food packaging with integrated recycling capabilities.
