Allen Overy Shearman Sterling has advised Wolters Kluwer on its acquisition of Inisoft Group. Svoboda & Koubkova advised the sellers.
Inisoft Group is a Czech provider of regulatory compliance software for the waste management sector. According to A&O Shearman, Inisoft’s solutions, including the Envita platform, are used by over 3,600 clients, from government agencies and municipalities to waste management companies.
The A&O Shearman team included Partners Prokop Verner and Tomas Bury, Senior Associates Jana Trhlikova and Ivana Halamova Dobiskova, Associate Darius Balasko, and Junior Lawyers Jan Vlcek and Sebastian Jakob.
