Baker McKenzie has advised Equilis and Acteeum joint venture Ace 6 on its EUR 40 million sale of the Galeria Andrychow shopping center to Big Shopping Centers. CMS advised the buyer.

According to CMS, "this acquisition reflects the company's plans to locate strategic assets in Eastern Europe and the Balkans."

Founded in 2006, Equilis is a commercial real estate company for the European market. It develops and delivers real estate projects and has offices in Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, and Germany. Acteeum specializes in retail schemes and urban living development in Poland.

Big Shopping Centers is anĀ Israeli real estate group focusing on developing, operating, and investing in open shopping and lifestyle centers, logistics, offices, and residential and renewable energy.
