Partner Pawel Hincz and Counsel Juliusz Krzyzanowski have been appointed as Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences M&A and Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences Regulatory, respectively, within Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw Office.
Hincz has been with the firm since 2017. Before joining Baker McKenzie, he spent three years as a Partner with WKB and led the firm's Life Sciences practice since 2015. Earlier, he spent over two years with Greenberg Traurig, between 2012 and 2014, and, earlier still, over five years as a Senior Associate with Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Krzyzanowski also joined Baker McKenzie in 2017, as a Senior Associate. He was promoted to Counsel in 2022. Before joining the firm, he spent over two years with WKB as a Senior Associate. Prior to that, he spent three and a half years in-house with the Ministry of Health of Poland and, earlier still, over three years as an Associate with Dewey & LeBoeuf.
